Al loves swimming. He was 6 months old when I first took him to the pool. One day, Oma accidentally showed a picture of a swimming pool full of children, 10 am Sunday. Alief immediately took his swimming suit and sandals and grab a plastic bag say bye bye to everyone "Al pergi benang (berenang)" The whole family (means: mommy, oma, opa, bunda and mba) had to prepare immediately to go to the swimming pool.
We arrived at 12 am, can you imagine the heat? hehehe No one there except us, the life guard and one kid with his nanny. The sun was so hot, you can even open your eyes wide. However, Al was so happy and histeric (our last visit to the pool was about a month ago, sorry dear it's busy time after the long holiday).
We were there for 4 hours and Al was actually inside the pool the whole time. He did not want to eat, drink or did anything outside the pool, worrying his nanny would cheat him and take him home. So, we bring the food and drink near the pool eventhough it's actually not allowed.
Opa promised to take Al to the pool everyweek since then ;) even if mommy can't make it. I make sure that Al understand that it was Opa who promise him that ;)
